We offer installation of your choosing whether it be Solid Hardwood or Engineered Flooring. 

We can re-sand existing flooring as long as we see the flooring has enough life, it can be done. Once flooring is sanded, we will work with the client through the staining and finishing process.

Once we have examined your floor and determined a new coat of finish is suitable for the flooring, we will go on and put a fresh coat of finish leaving the sheen of the flooring entirely up to you. 

Whether it is a damaged board, damaged area, or just a board you are not happy with we are able to replace it with the original flooring if provided by homeowner, or match flooring as close to the existing floor as we can. Other repairs we can do are fix hollow spot, secure loose board, fill in patches, etc. 

On top of installing wood flooring, we can also install your laminate and vinyl flooring all with a good preparation of subfloor. 

Now a days Flooring can be finished with WOCA or Rubio Monocoat oil finishes, we offer maintenance on those special floors by doing a refresh of the oil as needed or as wanted by the client.
